Otaku Wanted has been busy these past two months, mainly preparing for Anime Expo 2008. Otaku Wanted attended last years Anime Expo in Long Beach and had lots of fun at all the events and doing some promotion by handing out free t-shirts, poster tubes, and hats. Unfortunately, this time around we have no free items to distribute, just business cards and hugs <(-_-)>
Additionally, in case you don't already know... You can now post reviews for a shop and post in the forum with one membership. Also, you can now choose from several anime avatars for your profile. More avatars will be added soon, but you can always upload your own picture. One of our previous updates stated that the forum required an additional membership to post for the time being. That is no longer necessary.
We had a total of 26 newly added shops within the past two months and currently have a grand total of 170 shops in our database. Be sure to review any anime shops you have visited, if not done so already. Spread the word! ^_^
